So, I turned 21 this month. Woo! It was fun. BUT the best part is that my parents came to visit me at college and brought me PRESENTS! Who doesn’t love presents??? If you don’t, you’re a straight up weirdo dude. Anyway, one of the presents my mom got me was essential oils along with a diffuser.

Hi friends. So it’s the middle of September now. I know that on the west coast some schools are just starting up, but for everyone over here in the midwest…it’s slump time. This is what I call the mood you fall in to about a month into the school year. You’re in the groove of things, you’ve figured out you schedule and the newness has worn off. You’re lacking motivation and you frickin hate going to class, working, or basically anything that involved leaving your room. Am I the only one who feels this way? Don’t lie. I know you get this feeling too.

Hooded eyes are when the skin above your eye kind of hangs over your eyelid, which hides eye shadow and anything else you try to put on your lid. Basically, it makes it hard to apply makeup because you don’t know where your crease is. Since the extra skin above your eye covers your actual crease, you kind of have to create your own.

My eyes have annoyed me for years, and it took me a long time to even figure out what was different about them. All I knew was that eye makeup didn’t look right on me and it was so annoying.

As you may or may not know, I am currently a college senior (cry). This means that in May…I’m gradumacating, gettin my diploma and going out into the big scary world. To be honest, I’m still fairly uncertain about what I want to do. I’m majoring in broadcast journalism and that gives me a wide array of career and schooling options for after I graduate.

Hi friends! So my favorite way to save time on cooking in college is to pick a recipe, make it on Sunday and eat it for lunch or dinner throughout the week. That way a meal every day is already taken care of, and I don’t end up eating junk food or snacking all day. I usually have something simple like toast or eggs for breakfast, so that only leaves one meal a day that I have to think about! This method saves me so much time throughout the week.
